Meet Belinda

Belinda Joseph is the founder of Almonord AI Solutions, where she helps behavioral health and psychiatric practices protect their revenue by handling the insurance side — so they get paid faster, deny less, and stay compliant.

With 20 years in hospital patient access, most recently at Texas Health Resources, Belinda has spent her career on the front lines of eligibility, verification, prior authorization, and credentialing. She saw how much revenue small practices quietly lose to preventable denials, and built Almonord to give them the same expertise large hospitals rely on — without the large-hospital overhead.

Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, she works with practices remotely across the country. Her approach is simple: lead with value, keep it human, and make the confusing insurance side feel manageable.
